Another fine day of +General Hospital programming, another blog post. The end of summer story wraps keep chugging along, but I wonder if it's just a tease and we're going to get crap the rest of the week.... at least there is a Julexis tease for tomorrow. That's just going to have to get me through whatever filler stories spring up. Plus we're back on track villain wise. Cassadines - the gift that keeps on giving. Now if only we can get the supreme baddie back....

It's a new week ladies and gents, and as the summer winds down I have (half) full faith in the writers for the end of the summer story wrap up. Wait, they are going to wrap some of these stories up right? It's another action packed episode of PC HEAT and, of course +General Hospital , on this fine Monday. Are you on the edge of your seats?

I think the +General Hospital writers have hit their sweet spot. If we're not going to be spoiled teased with Julexis I am totally cool with this new trend in the perfect blend of cheesy goodness. Not to mention the Dante Falconari spin off "PC HEAT" is getting SO GOOD. Shootings! Bad guys! Romantic revenge! I am not ready for stupid characters to come back (Shawn/Anna/Robin), must they? The show is just so much better without them!

I have to say I am a little disappointed there was no hour long West montage, but I honestly really enjoyed today's episode. It was pure soap fun. It's been a long time where we didn't cross the line from "soapy cheese goodness" to "good god what are they doing to my show with this nonsense" don't you think? Plus I have an idea for pilot season next year! I haven't worked out the title yet, but as you can see below I am starting on the theme song. That show will center around the awesomeness that is Dante Falconari (@dom_zamprogna)  and how he is a kick ass detective with a super hot best friend (see I am looking out for my best friend Ryan's employment here). What about you guys, you in?

Before we catch up on today, there was ANOTHER +General Hospital casting rumor today! According to Soap Opera Digest Brenda might be coming back.... Listen don't get me wrong, Vanessa Marcil is amazing and I <3 her, but the last time she came Brenda was a HOT MESS. Fighting at the Nurses Ball, trying to seduce #alltheMEN, and even playing like she had slept with Mikey! No, sorry, VETO. Unless you give me classic 90s Brenda (who was a strong character) I do not support this news AT ALL. Fortunately +BuzzFeed knew I would be in a foul mood so they gave me this list and more importantly #11 (I am still stalwart #TeamJulexis , but Sonny has had my heart since 96, if Jules leaves the mob this stance of mine won't be an issue)

Day 4 of the #NursesBall brings the end of the festivities and the start to #ALLYOURTEARS

Well #NursesBall2014 has finally come to a close. It was amazing. Many hearts were broken, many second chances were missed, some were given, and there was quite a lot of dancing. I didn't think I was going to give much of a recap today, because I really missed the end thanks to stupid cable, but I was able to watch the final scene on abc.com... And now I can't stop crying... So let's talk it out.

Hiiii all my budddiessss! I hope that you don't mind I didn't post about yesterday's episode, because honestly it was horrible.... BUT TODAY WAS SO GOOD!!!!! Totally made up for yesterday!!! Back in action because the last few days have been destroying me in the #FEELS and I had to talk about it with someone! (That someone is you guys!)

We (Like all the other characters we haven't seen in AGES) are BACCCCCCCK!!!!

And we're back! Orlando was craaazzzzy so I ended up power watching 5 GH episodes yesterday morning. I was going to blog a week long recap, but boy that would have been long. And let's be honest, the most important thing we learned last week was THAT BRITT AND HOT DETECTIVE ARE SIBLINGS!!! It was one thing to have Michael and Kiki make out when we thought they might be cousins, but siblings is a horse of a different color! DO NOT LET THEM EVEN KISS! YOU HEAR ME WRITERS?!?! NO KISSING FOR THOSE TWO!!!! 

I'm not sure what I would do if my brother was this hot...

And now on to our regularly scheduled programming... 

When you watch 4 episodes in a row you get to see almost all the peoples and of course BLTs!

Well that was a week wasn't it? And it doesn't stop now, I will be out of town at the beginning of next week so I'd like to apologize in advance for 2 weeks of scattered posting. Since I watched 4 days in a row I won't be breaking it down day to day. We saw so many characters, if only for just a moment, and some stories were wrapped up (Thank God)- but Patrick, Sabrina and Emma are still MIA; and sadly no Julexis. Anyhow on to a super-sized recap. Sorry. I should be back next Wednesday!

Guys, I'm not gonna lie, it's been really hard to write the blog after Monday's episode. Usually we have drama mixed with some good things, or some funny things, but right now... right now it's all depression all the time. It's hard to turn depression into comedy without feeling like I am cheapening the characters I know and love. So please bear with me/us as the blog will probably be a little less funny until we can get some Julexis or Franco/Carly action. That makes me even more sad, because one of the favorite parts of my day is coming home, watching GH, and then sharing my sarcastic (but truly loving) commentary with you. Hell, I can't even make fun of Liz right now... where has all the joy gone?? Anyhow, I'll try to recap and bring the jokes as best as possible, but know it might not be great until we get some joy back. Maybe some adorable kid moments? Who knows.

And the blood bath continues

I was reminded of two very important lessons in today's episode. First, if you have two days of jam packed goodness episodes, day 3 will be slow and mostly sad. Second, no matter how much you attempt to change you will always have to pay for your prior crimes. Both of these lessons caused me great duress today. Why you ask? Well let me explain.
