It might be a slow week, but that doesn't necessarily mean nothing is happening, in fact today was quite entertaining. We started off knee deep in the #deportLevi fiasco, with Maxie and Levi accusing Nathan of being the "anonymous" caller who tipped of la migra. In defending himself Nathan let's it slip that he's been running the #deportLevi campaign all over town, but really who wouldn't? Maxie runs over to confront the new suspects (Mac and Dante) at the Floating Rib while Levi and #sexyPants get into a witty quip battle at the apartment. Everyone ends up at the Rib though and while Nathan tries to plead his innocence. Not that she would have given him a second chance anyway, but when Maxie finds out that Nathan has a call to the INS in his call history things start to get messy. I loved these scenes because everyone else in town HATES Levi, and are not afraid to voice those feelings. The best moment had to be when Mac offered Nathan a beer in the midst of all the drama, cementing the idea that #teamNATHAN is the way to go and the ginger has got to go!
The second most entertaining storyline was the father/son bonding happening with Lucas and Daddy Julian. The duo are having dinner and some beers (which we never see them consume, maybe they headed to Kelly's after?) when the topic of conversation heads towards Lucas's currently man probs. Showing that he has come leaps and bounds in the father department since finding out Lucas was his son, Jules insures Lucas he wants to hear about the man probs and attempts to be a sounding board for his son. It spirals into #julexisfamily adorableness and they win the episode. Good Lord +William deVry just melts my heart when he plays up the Papa Bear scenes, and then throw in him declaring how passionate he is about Alexis? There is just no competition. However the bonding time is relocated (to PC's other bar?) when Felix and Brad show up... together. Not gonna lie, I was a little bummed that we didn't see Jules go all Papa Bear on the two of them, but I guess that's not thing to do when protecting your son, just your daughter so I am sure they went to drink and stuff and he cared for him that way. #LOVE
Speaking of Felix and Brad.... well.... that's all kinds of awkward if you ask me. I love Felix, and separately I have really come to like Brad - but this storyline is making me not fans of either. They are just being so petty! Is it possible to be #TeamLucas without being #TeamBrad or #TeamFelix? Oh well, at least the people around the Nurses' Station and elevator got an entertaining show as they shouted all their personal problems for everyone to hear.... Not to mention they are both failing in the #makegoodchoices department, I mean first Brad kisses Felix to "prove he has passion for Lucas" and then they go get a drink together because of Lucas? #SMH , guys you totally deserve to be snubbed by Lucas - just saying.
While all the silly squabbling is happening over at the Rib, real intense arguing is happening over at Carly's. Carly has let is slip that Franco almost told Michael about Sonny's secret and now Sonny has #MURDERIN' eyes. Franco is not one to cower from a fight though, and gets in a verbal spar with Sonny to... win him over? He tells Sonny that he's not gonna say anything, but even if he did Sonny can't kill him because you know.... it would be super obvious that he was the killer. Sonny does some "sexy smirking" of his own as he reminds Franco that he's way to awesome to do his own murderin' (that is what Shawn is for, duh). Frustrated with both of them, Carly sends Sonny away assuring him that Franco won't say anything and then verbal battles with Franco that he is driving her nuts trying to put her in the middle of this drama AGAIN. Proving that they are awesome together, the verbal battle of truths ends with some lovey dovey-ness, while Sonny stews about wanting to take Franco out back at the Metro Court. I love Carly and Franco together, but I am a huge Carly/Sonny bond supporter so this is whole dynamic is very stressful. Just like Carly, I somehow choose both of them.... and hope for the best, while lying in wait for it to get CRAZY.
Also... things happened at the Metro Court with Shawn, Jordan, and Mickey. I am sure it was very tension filled with a side of Mob surprise. But as you know.... unless Julian or Fluke are involved, I don't really care for these scenes, so I wasn't inclined to watch them. Besides I don't need to watch the scenes to know Shawn is getting jealous of Mickey, Mickey is skeevy and trying to sleep with Jordan, and Jordan is just trying to get info to take down the mob.

Sam learns Rafe's heart can't be used because of the "heroin" that none of us knew he was using, Molly asks more questions, Brit and Spence work together to win back Nik, we go back to this Morgan/Kiki nonsense, Mikey and Tracy WILL have a conversation, and Crazy Eyes is feeling a little guilty... but more importantly are we done with zombie Rafe? I already miss +Jimmy Deshler
